What the sign says
A residential or shopping area where pedestrians may use the whole traffic area and have priority. The maximum speed is set at 20 km/h.
The exam trap
Pedestrians have priority but must not hold vehicles up needlessly. Parking is allowed only where signs or markings designate it.
