Junction with priority from the right
Priority signsSign no. 3.06OSR art. 40
What the sign says
A junction where no road has priority: priority from the right applies. The arms are drawn the same thickness — that is what sets it apart from 3.05.
The exam trap
The sign grants nothing: it recalls a rule that would apply anyway. Whoever comes from your right goes first, even out of a narrower road.

Right of way and junctions
The signs are the official depictions by the Federal Roads Office, from the annexes of the Signalling Ordinance (SR 741.21): official works, unprotected under Art. 5 of the Copyright Act. The explanations, by contrast, are written from federal law — never taken from a third-party catalogue.
