What the sign says

Riding a cycle or a moped is forbidden. The neighbouring no-mopeds sign bans only riding with the engine running.

The exam trap

The ban spares mopeds whose design speed does not exceed 20 km/h, possibly with pedal assistance up to 25 km/h.
