What the sign says

The road returns to two-way running where traffic had been separated: motorway exit, end of a one-way street, roadworks. The left lane is no longer yours.

The exam trap

It is the motorway-roadworks sign: oncoming traffic is switched onto your side, and the reflex to pass on the left becomes driving into it.
